about

me.

who am I?

My name is Jackson Camblin, and I graduated from Nazareth University with a degree in Visual Communication & Design and a minor in Digital Marketing. I specialize in animation, design, video, and photography, always seeking new opportunities that challenge my perspective and expand my skill set.

During my time at Nazareth, I’ve come to truly value the power of relationships. Building meaningful friendships and professional connections has shown me just how much they shape opportunities and growth. Whether through collaboration or networking, I’ve learned that the people you surround yourself with can inspire and push you in ways you never expected.

Fun Fact: I love playing guitar, exploring all kinds of music, and taking long walks in nature. There’s nothing better than fresh air and a good soundtrack to spark my creative side of my brain!

what I value.

learning

Over the past few years as a student, I’ve realized the importance of continuous learning and staying open to new opportunities. At Nazareth University, I’ve gained skills beyond my craft—courses like public speaking have reshaped how I approach presentations and storytelling. Prioritizing learning has also fueled my passion for self-teaching. Through hands-on practice, I’ve deepened my expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, constantly pushing myself to improve.

openness

Being open to new experiences has led me to opportunities I never expected. Through networking events, I’ve connected with industry leaders at top ad agencies, collaborated on projects outside of school, and even shadowed some of Rochester’s most innovative creatives. These experiences have expanded my perspective and reinforced the importance of stepping outside my comfort zone.

originality

I take pride in my passion for originality. The thrill of developing an idea that’s never been thought of—or at least, not in the way I envision it—is what drives my creativity. I’m fascinated by blending past and present influences, drawing inspiration from different time periods and cultures to create something fresh. I want to continue this journey of discovery, pushing creative boundaries while sharing my insights with others along the way.
